Singapore Government – URA - Singapore City Gallery refurbishment project – over 1200 sqm and $4.4 million SGD - Sugar were appointed as lead design consultant after an international pitch back in 2009 working in an international consortium. The project was completed in March 2011. The project has recieved two design awards at the 2012 SDA awards.

新加坡政府市区重建局新加坡城市规划展览馆翻新工程。占地超过1200平方米及投资4.4百万新加坡币的项目。作为行内具领导设计地位的顾问，「糖」继2009年后，再次被委任参与国际拓展计划。这项工程已于2011年3月竣工，并在2012年的新加坡设计大奖中获两个设计奖项。
